Return Policy
As a slow fashion label, each Aaranya product is handcrafted in limited batches. We do not mass produce, and thus returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos/videos via email at aaranya.gwaliordesignproject@gmail.com.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items

Lifestyle goods such as incense, oils, or perishable items

Sale/discounted items unless received in a damaged condition
Return Process

Once approved, our team will schedule a pickup or guide you through the return.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
