Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the product is found to be defective and no replacement is available.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for sizing issues and subject to stock availability.

If you wish to exchange a product, please write to us within 3 days of delivery.

Return shipping for exchanges is to be borne by the customer.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once processed, they cannot be cancelled or modified.
